2.1. For deliveries outside of South Africa, the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of shipping. This includes selecting a shipping carrier and providing shipping instructions.
2.2. UsedProAV.shop is not responsible for any damage or losses incurred during shipping arranged by the buyer for deliveries outside of South Africa.

1.1. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item purchased from UsedProAV.shop.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost.
2. Refunds
